Everyday I try to be a happier and more loving person, always being positive and constructively criticizing only myself. I made a promise to myself never to complain again. It affects everything.
I was once a very different personality, but now I try not to make fun or be rude. I try to be humble in all my words and actions, but I still try to become successful in my work. I worked hard for virtually everything I have, and it's all a blessing.
But I don't stress myself during difficult times, because my main goal in life is to become closer to God every day. Trials are times when I feel God wants me to concentrate more on him, so I pray, and my love comes out stronger in the end. Not a day goes by where I forget about Him. As long as He is my motivation, my life is perfect.

Things are going A LOT BETTER there, other than the fact that all uncooperative coworkers are fired… I once disliked the kind of people who I am around at work at walmart, but I feel that I affect them in so many ways. I’ve had one person tell me that if the end of the world was right now, I’d be the only person to get to heaven, and then he asked if he wanted to would I bring him to church. I had a friend who tells me that God forgot about him, and I explain to him otherwise and I could see it in his eyes that he wants to cry, but at the time I had to clock back in so I told him if he ever has a question, just ask. Two of my coworkers are catholic, but have been lost in all the fuss of work, and keeps telling me he wants to go to Sunday mass now. I met two other Christians who talked to me about faith in God during break. One of them came up to me out of the random to show me that Yahweh spelled in Hebrew and stood sideways makes the image of a human being, I never saw that before! I’ve got another coworker who asks me to pray for her family because she believes my prayers would be answered without doubt. People there see my religious bracelets and necklaces and understand from that point what I believe in, and what kind of person I might be. I’ve got a coworker who looks up to me I guess, he said only a true friend would put up with him, and now I’m helping him with a few things he’s been wanting to do like getting a driver’s license. I’m able to give rides to a coworker now, when I used to have to ask for rides. Everyone seems to be in a good mood now, compared to months ago. I’ve earned the respect and understanding from others, and now I’m a positive influence by a little more everyday, step by step. Thank-you God for the chance to show my faith and good works, all to glorify Your name.
THE (SCIENTIFIC) DEATH OF JESUS
At the age of 33,
Jesus was condemned to death .
At the time
Crucifixion was the “worst” death. Only the worst
Criminals were condemned to be crucified. Yet it was
Even more dreadful for Jesus, unlike
Other criminals condemned to death by
Crucifixion Jesus was to be nailed to the
Cross by His hands and feet.
Each nail
Was 6 to 8 inches long.
The nails
Were driven into His wrist. Not
Into His palms as is commonly
Portrayed. There’s a tendon in the wrist that
Extends to the shoulder. The Roman guards knew
That when the nails were being hammered into the
Wrist that tendon would tear and
Break, forcing Jesus to use His back
Muscles to support himself so that He could
Breath.
Both of His feet
Were nailed together. Thus He was forced to
Support Himself on the single nail that
Impaled His feet to the cross. Jesus could
Not support himself with His legs because of the pain
So He was forced to alternate between arching His
Back then using his legs just to continue to
Breath. Imagine the struggle, the pain, the
Suffering, the courage.
Jesus endured this
Reality for over 3 hours.
Yes,
Over 3 hours! Can you imagine this kind of
Suffering? A few minutes before He died,
Jesus stopped bleeding. He was simply pouring water
From his wounds.
From common images
We see wounds to His hands and feet and even the spear wound
To His side… But do we realize His wounds
Were actually made in his body. A hammer
Driving large nails through the wrist, the feet overlapped
And an even large nail hammered through the arches, then a
Roman guard piercing His side with a spear. But
Before the nails and the spear Jesus was whipped and
Beaten. The whipping was so severe that it tore the
Flesh from His body. The beating so horrific that His
Face was torn and his beard ripped from His face. The
Crown of thorns cut deeply into His scalp. Most men
Would not have survived this torture.
He had no more blood
To bleed out, only water poured from His
Wounds.
The human adult body contains about 3.5 liters
(just less than a gallon) of blood.
Jesus poured all 3.5
Liters of his blood; He had three nails hammered into His
Members; a crown of thorns on His head and, beyond
That, a Roman soldier who stabbed a spear into His
Chest..
All these without
Mentioning the humiliation He suffered after carrying His own
Cross for almost 2 kilometers, while the crowd spat in his
Face and threw stones (the cross was almost 30 kg of weight,
Only for its higher part, where His hands were
Nailed).
Jesus had
To endure this experience, to open the
Gates of Heaven,
So that you can have free
Access to God.
So that your sins
Could be “washed” away. All of them, with no exception!
Don’t ignore this situation.
